A number of changes have taken place in the Air Force over the last several years. The command in charge of Wright-Patterson, and other Air Force logistics bases, and the major unit (a.k.a: "Host Unit") have changed since I was originally stationed there. The unit in charge of Air Force logistics bases is now known as the Air Force Material Command (AFMC). The unit in charge of Wright-Patterson is now known as the 75th Air Base Wing.
