A number of changes have taken place in the Air Force over the last several years. The command in charge of Hill, and other Air Force logistics bases, and the major unit (a.k.a: "Host Unit") have changed since I was originally stationed there. The unit in charge of Air Force logistics bases is now known as the Air Force Material Command (AFMC). The unit in charge of Hill AFB is now known as the 75th Air Base Wing.
